Welcome to International Financial Tower

International Financial Tower, (“IFT”) is a 19 story Class A office tower containing over 629,000 rentable square feet. Constructed in 1989, the building is pentagon shaped to maximize the views of New York City to the east. The newly renovated exterior façade consists of precast earth tone concrete panels, accented by granite. The impressive and newly renovated entrance features a five story granite lobby with a full height window wall and natural lighting from skylights. This lovely lobby is accented by a large waterfall and reflecting pool. The building floor plates average 36,000 square feet. A six story parking garage is attached to the building and provides private parking for 500 vehicles and a private entrance to the lobby. Jersey City has recently renovated the park across Christopher Columbus Drive as well as the Drive itself creating an inviting pedestrian and vehicular thoroughfare.

  • The Liberty Science Center is nearby, as well as, Liberty State Park, Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. All are easily accessible by mass transit or private vehicle.

    giving away Tree Seedlings to the first 600 building occupants and visitors to join us. It is our hope that you will take these trees home, plant them and watch them grow. It is one small way to help to improve our environment and raise green awareness.

  • The updated Fire Safety Plan for International Financial Tower has been posted in: Tenant Handbook/Emergencies/Fire Safety Plan. Please review this plan; its objective is to provide proper fire safety education as a part of occupant indoctrination and to maintain a continuing fire prevention program for all occupants to assure the immediate reporting of fire, the response to fire alarms and the immediate initiation of fire safety procedures to safeguard life and contain fire until the arrival of the Fire Department.

  • We are very pleased to announce that  95 Christopher Columbus Drive "IFT" has once again earned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) prestigious ENERGY STAR, the national symbol for superior energy efficiency and environmental protection. Commercial buildings and industrial plants that rate in the top 25 percent of facilities in the nation for energy efficiency may qualify for the ENERGY STAR.  Commercial buildings that earn the ENERGY STAR use an average of 40 percent less energy than typical buildings and also release 35 percent less carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.   • Since the completion of the conversion to induction lighting in the parking garage we are saving an average of 7,700 KWH per month.  This area is separately metered so we are able to monitor this usage specifically and this is a significant ongoing savings in energy usage.
  • In our continuing efforts towards building sustainability we have installed hands free flushometers in all common area restrooms.
